Online reservations are open 90 days in advance for parties up to 6 pax, with new slots released daily at midnight. We encourage online reservations as much as possible, manual enquiries may encounter delays.

Restaurant policy

  • We observe the above dining times strictly. Our small restaurant capacity necessitates a turnaround of seats. Do note that we are unable to guarantee a full experience to diners who do not arrive on time.
  • Reservations: Online reservations are open 90 days in advance, with new slots released daily at midnight. For large group reservations (>6 pax), please contact us at +65 8830 5016 or email reservations@naeum.sg
  • Card guarantee: Upon making your reservation, we will request a credit card hold of $150 per diner. The hold will be released within 14 days of successful booking. There is no charge to the cardholder if the cancellation policy is not triggered. Please note if a debit card is used, your debit card bank will temporarily hold the funds on your behalf.
  • Young diners: Young diners above the age of 8 are welcome. However, please note that we do not have a separate children’s menu.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellation fee of $150 per diner applies for no-shows, late amendments, and late cancellations made within 48 hours before the reserved date. Should you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of the reservation. We are unable to entertain requests for fee waivers within the late cancellation window.
  • Getting here: Due to minimal parking spaces, we encourage travel by public transportation or private hire cars. Alternatively, you may consider the nearest multi-storey carparks at The Clift or Frasers Tower.
  • Dress code: Smart / smart casual / casual chic. No exercise gear or flip-flops.
  • Dietary needs: Our menu may include dairy, raw ingredients, meats, seafood and spices. Do inform us of any dietary restriction at the point of your reservation. For the current menu, we are unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dietary needs, and we are not Halal-certified.
  • Restaurant etiquette: In consideration of other diners, please do not bring external foods, drinks, or decorations into the restaurant. This includes external birthday cakes, candies, snacks, bubble tea, etc. For celebrations, you may wish to pre-order our in-house mini cake at $18++.
  • Corkage policy: Corkage of $70 per bottle or one-for-one applies.
  • Vaccination checks: In line with the latest government advisory, we are only accepting fully-vaccinated diners. Our staff may request for your vaccination status via the TraceTogether App.
